A few practical points to help you decide if the house suits your stay.

​Check in and out
Check in from 3 pm. Check out by 10 am. Early check in is possible if the house is ready.

​

Guest numbers
The house sleeps up to ten guests. A cot is available on request and infants in a cot are not counted toward this limit.

​

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A cleaning fee applies.

​

Pool season
The pool is available from May to September. Warm weather sometimes allows an earlier start or a longer season. If your stay is outside these months, you are welcome to ask.

Celebrations and parties
Simple celebrations for the group staying at the house work well. Larger parties or organised events need prior agreement. Share your plans with us and we advise if the house is suitable.

Security
Exterior cameras cover the main entrances. Motion sensors inside the house stay deactivated during your stay.

​

Local requirements
Italian law requires guest registration. A valid ID and a short term stay agreement are part of the check in process.

​

Care for the home
This is our family house. We ask guests to look after it and follow the local recycling instructions. Full details follow after booking.
